Careminds is becoming an Anthropic partner and certifying its engineers

Careminds is now on the path to becoming a verified Anthropic partner. We have started putting our engineers through Anthropic’s official certification program, and our first engineer has already passed and earned their certification.

This is part of a deliberate bet: the teams we place with clients should be fluent in the AI tools that are changing how software gets built. Anthropic builds Claude, one of the most capable AI models available today. Its partner program sets a real bar for technical competence, and we want our engineers measured against that bar.

What this means

Anthropic runs a structured learning path and certification for partners. Engineers work through the official course material, then sit a certification exam that tests practical, applied knowledge rather than trivia. Passing it is a signal that someone can actually build with these tools, not just talk about them.

We are enrolling our engineers into that path now. The first certification is done. We are working toward having ten engineers complete the program, which is the threshold required to unlock Careminds’ public partner verification status with Anthropic.

To be clear about where we stand today: we are in progress, not finished. Verified partner status is awarded once the team reaches the completion threshold, and we are actively working toward it.

Why we are doing this

Our clients hire Careminds engineers to move fast and build well. AI-assisted development is no longer optional for teams that want to stay competitive, and the gap between engineers who use these tools well and those who do not is widening quickly.

Certifying our team does three things:

• Raises the floor. Every certified engineer has demonstrated a consistent, verified level of skill with Claude and AI-assisted workflows.
• De-risks hiring for clients. When you bring on a Careminds engineer, you get someone who has been independently assessed by Anthropic, not just by us.
• Keeps us current. The certification path forces continuous learning as the tools evolve, which keeps our whole team sharp.

What comes next

We will keep moving engineers through the program until we hit the completion threshold and earn verified partner status. As we pass each milestone, we will share the progress here.
